Quiet Hours: To maintain the integrity of the Aventura community, guests must adhere to local noise ordinances. Our properties are located in quiet, established neighborhoods and are not suitable for loud parties or large events.

3. Use of Property

Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the limit stated in your reservation.

Prohibited Conduct: Illegal activity, smoking inside the premises, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. Liability

AROD REAL ESTATE LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

5. Governing Law
